While looking through the Oldgas.com petroliana forums, I caught sight of this, in a post about a Lodi service station:

Anyone know what intersection this was, and if either the Safeway building or gas station building are still present?

The Lodi Sentinel of October 25, 1932 has advertisements for two chain grocers in Lodi:
Piggly Wiggly at 7 North School Street
Safeway at 12 South School Street.
