I think I've got an answer for you. The link below states:
"The congregation worshipped outside under a tent on the Glen Plaza parking lot on Baltimore- Annapolis Blvd in June, 2002 and continued throughout the heat of the summer and even during inclement winter weather then moved indoors to the renovated rental space at Glen Plaza in February 2003.
In Oct. 2003 they were offered the opportunity to purchase the entire Shopping Center - which they did. The church’s worship center is located in a completely refurbished Box and Save supermarket. "
