Any idea on when this will all happen? Also is Albertsons divesting any stores, or is it just Safeway?

To answer the latter, both Albertsons and Safeway are affected (though notably there are very few divestitures in Northern California).

There shouldn't be any Northern California divestitures as Albertsons now longer operates there.

The Central Coast would be the closest group of stores being divested to Northern California.
