1974 Lucky prototype

From the May 1974 edition of Chain Store Age (page 48) - anyone have any idea where this location is, or was?

From that view, it looks likes the Montebello Lucky. It was remodeled when they installed a Pharmacy (which is where those doors would be). But this one looks a little larger. The brick/tile in the front matches the montebello store (its still there today), but the parking is the wrong way (it could have been realigned). Look at the light posts too, they kinda align with the one in this picture.

Many Lucky stores looked exactly like that in the day. Could be anyplace.
