2323 Broadview Road, Cleveland Ohio (intact, but current tenant, Rite Aid, recently closed)

7695 Mentor Ave, Mentor, Ohio (Mentor City Shopping Center--the Men's Warehouse space) No longer intact; there was another, earlier Centennial a mile away but that is gone and I don't have an address.

204 Main Street, Farmington, CT (much altered)

6646 North Ridge Road, Madison Ohio (much altered--it's the Auto Zone, not the very similar store next to it).

This was one of the last Centennials. The Wickliffe, Ohio store opened in September 1957 and was one of the first.

A few for you to add, since I see you have none of the Louisiana stores:
600 US 80, Tallulah LA - Still standing but vacant. Last an independent BestYet.
321 W California Ave, Ruston, LA - Walmart Market now in the spot, store demolished in the early 2000's
140 E Union St, Minden, LA - Currently split between Autozone and Family Dollar
2369 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA - Hidden centennial. Has been many stores, and is now spilt up, but roof is still intact
9074 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA - Now DD's Discounts
1900 Cameron, Lafayette, LA - split between a couple of local stores
453 Heymann Blvd., Lafayette, LA - Centennial roof removed, now medical offices
601 E Admiral Doyle Dr, New Iberia, LA - now Simoneaud's foods, expanded and remodeled
6433 US-90, Morgan City, LA - small store, now Autozone
