Ashland, OR and Shoreline, WA Marina Safeways sold to Haggen

Looking through the Safeway divestiture list I had posted earlier in the Carpenteria Vons thread...these two locations popped up as forthcoming Haggen stores:

The Ashland location looks to at least have a well-preserved exterior with lettering that may date back to the store's construction, while the Shoreline location has been heavily remodeled and can only be identified as a Marina design from an overhead view.

Also the store in downtown Klamath Falls is a marina.

Just an update, the Ashland store was sold back to Albertsons and will reopen as a Safeway, though with a "major renovation" (albeit primarily on the interior). Looks to be the same for Shoreline.
