1970s Payless Drug Decor?

I was at my local Longs (soon to be CVS?) and noticed that in the back room there was some Payless signs from a decor package Ive never encountered. The pink and green interior was installed in the late 1980s which of course is quite late for such bright yet clearly dated colors... Nevertheless the interior seen here is truly the only of its kind that I'm aware of remaining.
