Sacramento pylon Safeway - anyone know where this one is?

Saw this vintage shot on Flickr from someone who moved from town when he was 1 (the photo is from his parents' collection) -

My first guess is that it is the location on Franklin Boulevard that burned down in '63 and was replaced with a gable (the gable is now Loco Mercado, an independent Mexican supermarket), but I can't really tell...
