New T-Mobile Commercial - Mitsua Marketplace

I caught a new T-Mobile commercial, and used my TiVo to step thru to try and identify the supermarket, and in one of the shots, I was able to see a bag with the store's name, it looks like Mitsua Marketplace, a small chain in SoCal. Does anybody have an idea on the possible location of this store or further info? I've posted shots on my Flickr space:
