Is Safeway still finishing up their King Road, OR store (at 4305 SE King Road in Milwaukie, OR)? It was at the site of the old King Road Shopping Center, which had housed a Disco Mart (from 1971-79), Food Warehouse (1979-89), Thriftway (1989-93) and IGA (1993-95) and King Road Foods (1995-2004).
