99 Ranch Market (99 Price Market) in Montebello

Does anybody remember the SPECIFIC location in Montebello that was a one time 99 Price/Ranch Market (Chinese) with a built in mini-mall and Sam Woo BBQ Restaurant? Someone said it was down the street from Albertsons/Max at the vicinity of Wilcox at the 60 Freeway? It was the first 99 that I went to, operating as 99 Price Market at the time.
