I was recently in Indian Head, Maryland and found this preserved A&P (although the interior was just bare concrete.

Currently there are no grocery stores in Indian Head. You have to head up Indian Head Highway to the Safeway at the intersection of MD227 and MD210.

About this town. Were there any Giant-MD stores located? According to a 1965 pamphlet (https://jhsgw.pastperfectonline.com/arc ... 9864131240), an Indian Head Highway address (Store #31) seems to point towards a location in the town of Indian Head.
