1912 Covillaud was run by Holiday (chain) into the 90's and 00's and then sold to some independent (who kept using the Holiday name but changed it to a red sign) or maybe multiple independents and for a while was basically just a giant convenience store. A few years ago it was taken over by someone who re-named it Farmer's and is running a normal store out of the space again. Farmer's has invested in various things like used carts and used checkstands from various fixture sales but did put in a new floor, and kept the wood paneling along the wall which I assume is from Holiday in the 80's.
